FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER CREDIT

You have until 4/30/2010 to have an accepted buy-sell and close before 6/30/2010 in order to qualify for the $8,000 tax credit from the government. Even if you have owned a home before, you may qualify for this tax credit. If you want to change homes, you may qualify for the $6,500 tax credit.
